UI/UX Team Lead

About Us:

At Duseca Software, we transform concepts into powerful, user-centric digital products. We are expanding our design leadership and looking for a UI/UX Team Lead who can guide the team, enhance design quality, and also personally contribute to 1–2 VIP projects that require top-tier execution.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Mentorship
• Team mentoring and leading, ensuring skill growth, productivity, and creativity.
• Provide complex module development guidance to juniors, helping them solve difficult UX and UI challenges.
• Review team deliverables and maintain design consistency across all products.
• Introduce and enforce best practices, design systems, and quality standards.
• Hands-On Design (1–2 VIP Projects)
• Personally work on 1–2 high-priority VIP projects to ensure premium quality.
• Lead UX flows, wireframes, and detailed interaction designs for complex modules.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and refine experiences.

Requirements & Business Understanding:

• Strong requirements understanding expertise — translate project requirements into logical, intuitive designs.
• Deep business scope understanding — design solutions that align with product goals, user needs, and business outcomes.
• Participate in client/stakeholder meetings to gather insights and validate design directions.
• Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure smooth handoff and correct implementation.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and professionally.
• Ensure deadlines are met without compromising design quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HCI, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, including experience leading or mentoring designers.
• Strong portfolio with mobile + web designs and well-structured UX flows.

Required Skills:

• Strong UX flow designing for complex use cases.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Deep understanding of iOS & Android design guidelines.
• Experience in UX research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
