Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Trainer to deliver high-quality online training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in User Interface Design, User Experience principles, and popular design tools. You will be responsible for helping learners understand design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to create effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive online training sessions on UI/UX Design concepts and tools.
• Design comprehensive course content, assignments, and real-world projects for learners.
• Teach topics such as Design Thinking, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Usability Testing.
• Provide hands-on training on tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Guide learners in creating user-centric designs and interactive prototypes.
• Assess learner progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Training.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of User Research, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging online training sessions and simplify complex design concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
