UI/UX Trainer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, along with proven experience in delivering training or mentoring students and professionals. This role involves curriculum development, hands-on training sessions, and mentoring learners to help them build industry-ready skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions on UI/UX concepts and tools.
• Develop or adapt curriculum and training materials to meet learning objectives.
• Teach key concepts in UI/UX, including design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design.
• Provide mentorship and support to learners through project-based learning.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest tools and techniques into training sessions.
• Conduct assessments and track student progress.
• Collaborate with the academic or training team to continuously improve the program.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Trainer or Instructor.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
