Job Title: UI/UX Design Trainer (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Trainer for our Kannur center. The trainer will be responsible for mentoring students in creating user-friendly interfaces and intuitive digital experiences. You will guide learners through the entire design process—from research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing—helping them become industry-ready UI/UX professionals.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily classes covering core UI/UX design concepts and tools.

Teach topics including Design Thinking, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction Design, and Visual Design Principles.

Provide hands-on training in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design platforms.

Guide students through live projects and portfolio development.

Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback for improvement.

Encourage creativity and design thinking through collaborative sessions and design critiques.

Maintain accurate attendance, lesson reports, and student records.

Coordinate with the academic team to align content with industry standards and career outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or related field (mandatory).

0–1 year or more experience in UI/UX design, product design, or teaching (freshers with certifications/projects welcome).

Strong knowledge of design principles, usability, and responsive design frameworks.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow professionally.

Working Hours

Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
