UI/UX Website Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive websites that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will play a key role in translating business needs into engaging digital experiences, collaborating closely with developers to bring your designs to life while ensuring design consistency, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and web applications.
• Translate complex business and user requirements into simple, visually appealing, and functional digital designs.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of responsive and interactive designs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design concepts and guide data-driven decisions.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-device performance.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Website Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• High proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks (knowledge of basic front-end development is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on user outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, and basic motion graphics principles (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
• Understanding of how design decisions impact SEO and digital marketing performance.
• Experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
