Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Wireframe Designer with strong experience in designing intuitive user journeys, workflows, and wireframes for web and mobile applications. Candidates can be freelancers or currently working with established companies. The ideal candidate must be able to share access to their portfolio or past work samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create clear and visually structured wireframes for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and wireframes.
- Work closely with product owners, project managers, and developers to refine requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming, design discussions, and UX workshops.
- Deliver low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
- Ensure UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong wireframing capabilities.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into simple user journeys.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes and UX case studies (portfolio access required).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Background:
- Experience working in or with well-known digital/technology companies (e.g., EPAM, Cognizant, Accenture, etc.)
- UI/UX experience in e-commerce, fintech, retail, or enterprise solutions.
Engagement Type:
- Freelance or full-time (both options acceptable).
- Remote or on-site as per project requirement.
