UK Based Schengen Visa Consultant

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced UK Based Schengen Visa Consultant to assist clients with Schengen visa applications from the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Schengen countries’ visa requirements, documentation procedures, embassy policies, and appointment booking systems.

The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end visa processing, client consultation, document verification, travel planning, and professional case preparation while ensuring a high visa success ratio and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process complete Schengen visa applications for clients residing in the UK.
• Guide applicants regarding visa eligibility, required documents, and embassy procedures.
• Prepare and review visa files before submission.
• Book VFS, TLScontact, and embassy appointments professionally.
• Draft cover letters, travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and supporting documents.
• Assist clients in interview preparation and biometric procedures.
• Maintain proper follow-up regarding visa status and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with embassy policies and latest Schengen regulations.
• Handle confidential client information professionally.
• Provide high-quality consultation and customer support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Schengen visa consultancy.
• Strong understanding of European embassy procedures and UK residence requirements.
• Experience with VFS Global and TLScontact systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Professional client dealing and consultation abilities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.
• Good command of MS Office, email communication, and online application portals.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of UK Visit Visa processing.
• Experience in travel consultancy or immigration services.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong sales and client conversion skills will be considered an advantage.
