What we’re looking for

The UK & EMEA Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the UK and selected EMEA regions. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external payroll providers to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

What will you be doing


  • Assist in processing monthly payroll for UK and EMEA employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
  • Support statutory reporting and submissions (e.g., HMRC RTI, P60s, P11Ds).
  • Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist with year-end processes and audits.
  • Maintain the benefits for the UK (Changes, Updates, etc.)
  • Update employee banking and tax information as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and EMEA payroll legislation and company policies.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multi-country or EMEA environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation; knowledge of EMEA payroll practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Remote) and third-party providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote regional team.

Hours

This is a full-time position operating under a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
