Job Description:
Oversee payroll processing for UK employees, including RTI submissions and year-end reporting (P60, P11D)
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and GDPR.
Stay updated on UK payroll laws, IR35, statutory payments (SMP, SSP), and pension auto-enrolment.
Manage and mentor payroll teams, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and external bodies (HMRC, pension providers).
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Reporting to Which Role - Tower Lead
Working Hours (Specify if Shifts) - 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm. Have to be comfortable with flexible shift timings & night shifts basis business demand.
