UK Taxi Dispatcher

CabCall Experts is looking for experienced UK Taxi Dispatchers to join our growing operations team. We are seeking professional dispatchers who have hands-on experience working with UK taxi booking systems and understand the fast-paced nature of taxi dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling bookings, dispatching drivers efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service for UK taxi companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming taxi bookings from phone, app, and web systems
• Dispatch drivers efficiently while maintaining service levels
• Monitor driver availability and job allocations
• Handle customer queries and booking amendments
• Ensure accurate data entry and booking management
• Communicate professionally with drivers and clients

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Previous UK Taxi Dispatch experience, Hands on knowledge of iCabbi / autocab dispatch system is preferred.
