Globe Call Centre is growing and looking to strengthen its operations team with skilled and reliable UK Cab Dispatchers and Operators. We are seeking focused, resourceful professionals who excel in fast-paced settings, remain composed under pressure, and can efficiently juggle multiple tasks without compromising accuracy. Applicants with practical experience in UK taxi or transport dispatch operations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign incoming bookings to drivers to ensure prompt and dependable service
• Track driver movements, routes, and schedules, making real-time adjustments to maintain smooth operations
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both drivers and customers
• Keep accurate records of bookings, driver activity, and daily dispatch reports
• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and transportation regulations
• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns to uphold service excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in taxi, cab, or transportation dispatch
• Proficiency in dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and route management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive in high-pressure environments
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
