Job Description
- The Client is seeking a highly skilled UKG (Pro, Ready, Dimensions) Expert with expertise in Plan Build/Plan Configuration and File Feed (834, CSV formats).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining UKG systems, ensuring seamless data integrations, and supporting business processes related to workforce management and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- UKG System Expertise: Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions to align with business needs.
- Plan Build/Configuration: Design and implement benefit plans, payroll configurations, and timekeeping policies within UKG systems.
- File Feed Management: Develop and maintain 834 and CSV file feeds for benefits enrollment, payroll, and other HRIS-related data exchanges.
- Data Integration & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth data flow between UKG and third-party systems, resolving integration issues as needed.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and benefits regulations while maintaining data security best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to understand business needs and configure UKG systems accordingly.
- System Testing & Implementation: Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system changes, enhancements, and new integrations.
- Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and best practices; provide training to HR and Payroll teams as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
- Strong expertise in Plan Build, Plan Configuration, and Benefits Administration.
- Experience working with 834 file formats, CSV data feeds, and HRIS integrations.
- Solid understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping, and workforce management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex HR and payroll processes and provide system solutions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with UKG support.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with HR, IT, and Payroll departments.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or middleware for system integrations.
- Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, and other benefits-related compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in an HRIS Analyst or Payroll Systems Administrator role.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
