We are seeking a Ukrainian‑speaking Real Estate Agent to support our expanding international client base and strengthen our presence in the Ukrainian‑speaking market.

Role Overview

The Ukrainian‑Speaking Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing tailored support to Ukrainian‑speaking clients. This role requires excellent communication skills in Ukrainian, a proactive sales approach, and a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Ukrainian‑speaking clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian (native or advanced level)
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
