What You’ll Do:

· Curate the Ultimate Beauty Destination: Select the hottest brands and trendsetting products across cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, haircare, and more.

· Drive Growth: Manage multi-million dollar portfolios, negotiate and foster relationships with global beauty leaders, and set trends that captivate GCC consumers

· Lead & Inspire: Launch new brands, plan bold assortments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unforgettable product experiences

· Optimize for Success: Analyze performance, maximize margins, and ensure every shelf tells a story of innovation and beauty

What You Bring:

· 2 + years of beauty retail buying experience (mandatory)

· Deep understanding and experience within the GCC beauty market dynamics and consumer behavior – the ideal candidate will have a strong network of beauty brands and distributor relationships within the region

· Strong analytical and negotiation skills

· Proven record of driving growth and building supplier relationships

· Cultural agility and a passion for diverse markets

· Fluency in English (Arabic a plus!)
