Ultrasound Technician (Female)

Job Summary

A&M Hospital Abbaspur is seeking a qualified Female Ultrasound Technician to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with accuracy and professionalism, while ensuring patient comfort, privacy, and safety—especially for female patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and gynecological ultrasound scans
• Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures and explain the process clearly
• Ensure accurate imaging and proper documentation of reports
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any technical issues
• Follow hospital protocols, safety, and infection control standards
• Coordinate with doctors for clinical requirements and findings
• Ensure patient confidentiality and respectful care at all times

Eligibility / Requirements

• 2-3 Years experience working in Hospital setup
• Diploma / Certification in Ultrasound Technology / Medical Imaging from a recognized institute
• Valid registration or license (if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound procedures and patient care
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Female candidates only (as per patient care requirements)
• Local candidates from Abbaspur / Poonch / nearby areas will be preferred
