UMRAH SALES CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:
o This is a full-time on-site role for an Umrah Sales Specialist at TRAVOCOM. This position
demands a specialist who will be responsible for Sales calls, customer interaction, booking
flights/hotels, itinerary planning, handling inquiries, etc.
o You are provided leads and potential Umrah clients
o Your job is to handle then and provide packages as per their needs and budget
o Guiding potential clients and selling them Umrah packages as per their needs.
o You are responsible for maximum lead conversions
o MEETING YOUR SALES TARGET (To get performance incentive)
 Required Skills & Qualification Criteria :
o MANDATORY
 You must have at least 2 years of working in Umrah Sales (Mandatory)
 Sales and Sales Management expertise (Mandatory)
 You must have very good knowledge about Makkah and Madinah Locations and
hotels facilities of all categories. (Mandatory)
 You must have a clear mindset of how to convert a lead (Mandatory)
 You must be target oriented and know commission structure (Mandatory)
 Communication and Customer Service skills (Mandatory)
 Must be convenient to work at our Johar office location (Mandatory)
 Must have adequate knowledge of Air Ticketing Software SABRE (GDS)
o PLUS POINTS
 If you have performed Umrah Or Hajj is a big (Plus)
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team (Plus)
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
