Umrah Sales Executive (Freshers Are Wellcome)

Job Description:

We are a growing UK-based travel agency specializing in Umrah and Islamic travel services. We are looking for a motivated and confident Umrah Sales Executive to join our professional team. Candidates with good English communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
• Guide customers about Umrah packages, visas, flights, hotels, and transport services
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
• Provide professional customer support from inquiry to departure
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations
• Maintain customer records and follow up with leads
• Coordinate with team members and suppliers when required

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Intermediate to Bachelor’s qualification preferred
• Basic knowledge of Umrah travel procedures is a plus
• Strong communication and customer dealing skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM)
