Umrah Travel Agent UK-Based

We are looking for experienced Travel & Umrah Sales Agents who can confidently handle UK-based customers and convert inquiries into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and experience selling Umrah and travel packages to clients in the UK market.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with UK-based customers
• Sell Umrah packages and other travel services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into bookings
• Assist customers with package details, flights, hotels, and travel requirements
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Travel, Umrah, or Customer Sales
Experience dealing with UK-based clients is preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Strong sales and closing abilities
Confident on calls and customer interactions
Target-driven and self-motivated

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
