Unarmed and Armed Security Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the premises while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV and other monitoring systems.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
• Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
