Unarmed Security Guard

Job Summary

We are hiring part-time and full-time unarmed security guards throughout the greater Portland area. Day shift positions available. Job requires extensive standing and walking. We would like to find an excellent candidate who is able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
• Observe and report suspicious activity or security breaches promptly through detailed incident report writing
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security threats, following established emergency response procedures
• Enforce compliance with security regulations and company policies while providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors

Requirements

• Possession a current DPSST Unarmed Security License
• If not currently licensed, we may be able to assist with licensing
• Clean and professional appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays
