Position Overview

We are seeking polished, professional, and well-presented individuals who take pride in their appearance and demeanor. As a Hospitality Security Professional / Door Host, you’ll represent both our company and our partner venues, ensuring guest safety while maintaining an inviting, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage entry with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain awareness of crowd dynamics and proactively address issues
Uphold venue policies and ensure ID verification compliance
De-escalate conflicts using calm, respectful communication
Collaborate with venue management and staff to maintain a positive atmosphere
Provide excellent customer service consistent with hospitality standards

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
Prior nightlife, security, or hospitality experience preferred — but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage high-energy environments
