What You’ll Do

As a key member of our underwriting support team, you’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless experience for our agency partners while learning the foundation of insurance operations.

  • Process policy updates including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and broker-of-record changes
  • Respond to agent and underwriter inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
  • Research and resolve policy-related issues in alignment with underwriting guidelines
  • Maintain accurate policy records and documentation
  • Support compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Take on special projects and grow your exposure to underwriting functions

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior office or administrative experience required; preferably lines P&C insurance environment experience
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset (Internal and External)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
