Underwriting & Pricing Analyst

We’re looking for an Underwriting & Pricing Analyst to join our Group Life team at MRUA. You’ll support regional clients with high-quality underwriting, risk evaluation, and pricing for Group Employee Benefits.

Job Profile:

• Deliver high-quality underwriting and pricing support for group.
• Evaluate and structure technical solutions aligned with corporate underwriting and pricing guidelines.
• Support key clients across the Middle East & Africa region with risk analysis, product design, and quotations.
• Use data-driven insight to craft competitive, compliant, and profitable proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize underwriting tools and quoting platforms.
• Stay on top of market trends, regulations, and portfolio performance.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Actuarial Science); actuarial progress a strong plus.
• 2+ years’ experience in life pricing and / or underwriting, ideally with GEB focus.
• Experience with actuarial pricing tools, Excel/VBA, Power Tools; SQL/Access a bonus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
