The Uniform Administrator is responsible for the effective management, distribution, and quality control of employee uniforms, ensuring accurate stock records, proper fit, and compliance with company appearance standards. This role supports operational efficiency through precise inventory control, professional communication, and close collaboration with internal departments and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and control uniform and goods inventory, ensuring accurate physical stock, system records, and proper documentation
Perform goods reception, stock movements, and discrepancy reporting between physical and recorded items
Conduct periodic stock counts and provide accurate stock information in compliance with stock management legislation
Organize and optimize storage spaces, maintaining orderly stockrooms and work areas
Oversee uniform distribution, ensuring correct sizing, proper fit, and coordination of alterations with tailors
Manage spare uniform availability, dry-cleaning logistics, QA reports, and appearance-related procedures
Maintain employee uniform records, monitor live streams for appearance issues, and update Personal Appearance Files
Requirements:

Experience working in retail, warehousing is a plus
Experience in uniform administration, inventory, or warehousing
Familiarity with stock management or ERP systems
