Union CDL Concrete Laborer

TAG Asphalt and Concrete is hiring for multiple Union CDL Concrete Laborer positions for the 2026 season. Now is the time to lock in your spot for spring with a growing, family-owned company that values skilled workers and long-term careers!

TAG Asphalt and Concrete has proudly been in business for 30 years, originally specializing in concrete before expanding into asphalt in 2024. Since then, we’ve grown every year and continue to invest in our people and equipment. Our primary projects include commercial sites and town home developments.

We are a Union contractor affiliated with:

• Local 49ers – Heavy Equipment Operators
• Local 563 – Laborers
• Local 633 – Cement Masons

* This is not a ‘drive only’ position. Driving to and from the job site, dumping, loading/unloading equipment, and assisting the crew throughout the day is required.

* Must be willing to travel occasionally for short periods of time

DUTIES

• Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing processes to ensure durable and precise results
• Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps, mixers, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining proper safety protocols on-site
• Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid CDL license
• Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety standards
• Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
