Unit Head, COPs: Payments & Transactions

Manage end-to-end Bulk Payments/Transactions, RTGS/Term Deposits and returned payment processing; enforce dual-authorization and checker-maker controls; manage capacity and shift scheduling for 13 FTE; liaise with Treasury on cut-offs and Nostro reconciliation; lead UAT for technology changes; produce stream KPI/MI packs.

Role Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Accounting & Finance

Experience: 10+ years in banking operations; minimum 3 years managing a payment processing team in centralized operations
