Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Master or at least Bachelor degree in Business Management, Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification from HEC Recognized university/Institute.
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:

To ensure smooth operations of the Trade Factory as per bank policies, SBP rules and regulations;

Provision of efficient and Complaint free services to branches/customers keeping in view proper TAT;

To provide complete in-depth knowledge of SBP F.E. Manual, SBP ERF policy, International Publication like URC 522 URR 725, UCP 600 & ISBP 745 to Import staff & Branches;

Efficient handling of SBP and Regulatory queries on imports & Exports;

Follow up of overdue trade bills/ loans and ensure proper replies of swift queries from foreign banks;

Pre-Inform all branches regarding forthcoming due dates of trade loans / bills and advance payments;

Ensure completion of work same day after execution of related transaction;

To assist with Divisional Head for SBP, Internal/ External Audit and submit compliance against pointed out objections;

Preparation and submission of all periodical regulatory departmental reporting;

Fortnightly balancing of all departmental accounts and source balancing;

Any other assignment assigned by higher management as and when desired;

Must have Leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal, management and communication skills;

Strong Analytical, critical thinking, multi-tasking, problem solving and decision making skills required;

Ability to work under pressure;

Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures;

Ability to structure complex transactions and strong knowledge of legal documentation;

In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and financial modeling.
