The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling advanced technical issues, providing expert-level support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for complex issues related to systems, software, and devices Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical problems efficiently Handle escalations from L1 and L2 support teams Ensure timely resolution and maintain service quality standards Guide customers with step-by-step solutions and technical assistance Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions Work independently in a remote environment.

Working Hours: Flexible 5 hours per day Work from Home

Pay: $50.00 - $300.00 per day
