Universal or Personal Banker

Job Overview
As a Personal Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while assisting them with their banking needs. Your expertise in financial products and services will help clients make informed decisions about their finances, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Must have 2 years of banking experience. Mortgage department management experience helpful. In this position you could be a floater between all 4 of our locations. Also working 2 Saturdays per month is required.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and manage cash effectively.
• Utilize financial software to assist clients with various banking services.
• Monitor accounts for potential fraud and implement detection measures as necessary.
• Promote bank products and services through effective sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for relationship management purposes.
• Two Saturday's required per month.
• Will be working at various branches - other locations include Florissant, Chesterfield and Manchester.

• Proficiency in basic math and cash management is essential for handling transactions accurately.
• Strong customer relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients.
• Experience in fraud prevention detection to safeguard client assets and bank integrity.
• Familiarity with financial software to streamline banking processes efficiently.
• Proven sales skills, particularly in financial sales, to effectively promote products and services.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to customers.
• Ability to build rapport with clients through effective relationship management techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
