Key Responsibilities:

  • Controlling the documentation related to the tests conducted for the installation of production, quality control, and infrastructure equipment and systems, and reporting any identified deficiencies.
  • Controlling the documentation related to the installation and development tests of computerized system software, and reporting any missing or non-compliant points.
  • Preparing the documentation required for reporting installation activities.
  • Managing the archiving process of documents prepared within the scope of equipment/system qualification activities.
  • Participating in field inspections regarding user management of equipment and software within the framework of data security activities.
  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of up-to-date lists that outline the authorization levels of employees using the equipment and software.
  • Contributing to improvement activities related to equipment lifecycle processes and verifying the effectiveness of awareness trainings through site visits.
  • Following up on revisions of equipment calibration and qualification plans and reporting any deficiencies on a monthly basis.


Qualifications:

  • Currently a 4th year student in a relevant engineering discipline,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and attention-to-detail skills,
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul / Kocaeli – Gebze region.
