Working together with connectivity teams to Improve Effective connectivity, processes, and infrastructure.

Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining connectivity tasks logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer digital service issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.

Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

Follow up connectivity and digital tools data integrity.

Monitor Connectivity @ Install funnel utilizing connectivity Hub tool.

Create visibility on different buckets (Live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring)

Work closely with cross-functions (Connectivity Project Leader, SDM, Field, and HPM) to ensure projects execution and follow up.
Ensure performing live and C@I at timely manner including on-site support
