Position Title: University Operations Manager (UOM)

Function: Post-Sales Operations – University Partnerships

Location: [Hyderabad & followed by Universities location]

Role Summary

The University Operation Manager will be the single point of contact for partnered universities after MoU signing, ensuring every operational, contractual, and administrative milestone is achieved before classwork begins .

They will maintain strong relationships with senior university stakeholders, coordinate multiple internal functions, and ensure on-time, smooth academic launches .


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire post-MoU onboarding cycle for assigned universities in parallel.
  • Coordinate MoU finalisation, service agreement execution, and escrow account creation .
  • Manage curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, and website integration .
  • Integrate our admissions process with the university's system & train relevant staff.
  • Conduct weekly review calls with university stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update centralised trackers & dashboards to monitor readiness.
  • Escalate and resolve bottlenecks quickly to ensure zero-delay launches.
  • Build relationship maps for each university to know exactly “who to call for what”.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the Academic Program Operations team post-launch.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Process Orientation – Follows SOPs, identifies gaps, and improves processes.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal & written skills in English; local language fluency preferred.
  • Problem-Solving – Navigates bureaucracy & resolves operational blockers.
  • Multi-Tasking – Manages multiple universities in parallel without delays.


Experience

  • 3+ years in Partner Success, Client Servicing, Enterprise Onboarding, or Higher Education Partnerships.
  • Proven track record in high-value, multi-stakeholder project delivery.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage companies is a must.
  • Familiarity with education sector operations is a plus.
