Bartender – Nara Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse

Nara Hibachi is a high-energy Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Lounge known for its interactive dining experience, vibrant atmosphere, and strong guest following. We are seeking confident bartenders who can keep up with volume while delivering polished, engaging service.

• Pay $10 to $12 per hour based on experience, plus $800+ in weekly tips
• Start Date Immediate
• Schedule Flexible scheduling; minimum 3 shifts per week, evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 to 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and speed
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Availability for nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails quickly and consistently in a high-volume setting
• Make recommendations and engage with guests
• Verify identification and ensure compliance with age requirements
• Open and close tabs and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
• Balance cash and prepare deposits
• Contribute to a fun, energetic bar environment
