Your Role
The upper school teacher joyfully and flexibly supports the entire academic team by teaching,
encouraging, and shepherding our students and families, enabling the school to provide an excellent
Christian education rooted in the love of Christ. The upper school teacher is a learner and lover of God,
people, books and authenticity. The school seeks to follow the Classical tradition in habit formation,
hospitality, and learning and growing together.
Salary range: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
children (required)
express willingness to be trained in Classical Christian
Education (preferred)
and/ or express willingness to be trained in culturally responsive
pedagogy (preferred)
community-minded, classically trained, collaborative family partnerships
with the fundraising department, and in good stewardship of all resources
skills, strong independent project management, and ability to handle stressful situations with
professionalism and flexibility
students, families, donors, contractors, and vendors

Responsibilities:
