▪ Integration Power – Seamlessly bring in current affairs, government reports, and case studies into teaching.

▪ Tech Fluency – Comfortable with digital boards, PPTs, online teaching tools, and recorded lecture delivery.

▪ Research Orientation – Continuously updating with the latest debates, books, and policy developments.

▪ Commitment to exclusive UPSC CSE focus — no distractions, no side hustles.

▪ Availability for both recorded & live sessions with consistency.

▪ Quick adaptability to new formats of teaching

▪ Active role in answer evaluation, feedback loops, and doubt-clearing.

❌ Lack of punctuality or inability to meet deadlines.

❌ Resistance to tech-enabled teaching methods.

❌ Superficial subject knowledge without analytical depth.

Compensation :

Office Location: Noida or Dwarka

Work Mode :

Hybrid — faculty can work from the Swonn office in Noida or Dwarka or remotely via Zoom from anywhere (based on the task).
