Upscale Security Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking security officers with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our professional team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, and tenants.

We are looking for:

• Foot Patrol: Thursday to Sunday from 9pm to 5am
• Foot Patrol/ Golf Cart Patrol: Tuesday - Wednesday from 9pm to 5am and Saturday - Sunday from 9pm to 4am

Areas: Naranja, 33032/ Homestead, 33030

Duties

• Monitor access control systems in accordance with site protocols.
• Maintain security logs and incident reports with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or suspicious activities.
• Provide directions and respond to inquiries while ensuring a secure environment.
• Patrol regularly in the golf cart and/or vehicle the parking lot to detect parking violations.
• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. (Preferred)
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You must have a valid Class D License;
• You must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
• You must be able to pass a drug screen
• You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
