About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Upsell Sales Executive to drive revenue growth from existing clients. This role focuses on identifying opportunities within active accounts, proposing additional services, upgrades, or expansions, and closing upsell deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow revenue from existing clients and accounts

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services (Web, Mobile Apps, ERP, Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, etc.)

Understand ongoing projects and proactively suggest enhancements, add-ons, or upgrades

Conduct upsell discovery calls with clients to understand evolving needs

Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and account managers for feasibility and pricing

Prepare and present upsell proposals and quotations

Track upsell pipeline, follow-ups, and closures

Achieve monthly upsell revenue targets

Maintain accurate client communication and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in upselling, account management, or inside sales (software/services preferred)

Strong client communication and relationship management skills

Excellent spoken and written English

Ability to understand technical services at a functional level

Negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach

Experience working with international clients is a plus

Performance Expectations

Consistently meet or exceed monthly upsell revenue targets

Improve client lifetime value (CLV)

Maintain high client satisfaction while upselling

Reduce churn by proactively engaging accounts
