Upseller - Design Unit

We are seeking a results-driven Upseller to join our Design Unit. The primary responsibility of this role is to maximize revenue by identifying upselling opportunities, enhancing client packages, and converting existing leads into higher-value design services. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and skilled at understanding client needs to recommend premium design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for design services (branding, UI/UX, social media, web design).
• Increase order value through add-ons, upgrades, and premium packages.
• Achieve monthly revenue target of $7,500–$8,000.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to align offerings.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and retention.
• Track performance, conversions, and upsell outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Experience in sales, upselling, or client handling (design/digital services preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Basic understanding of design services and packages.
• Target-driven mindset with ability to meet revenue goals.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable upgrades.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.

• Location: Federal B Area, Block 4, Karachi
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working days & timings: 8pm to 5am (PKT), Monday to Friday.
