Upseller - Web & Design

We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Upseller to join our team and help drive client growth by identifying opportunities to enhance our services.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional services or upgraded solutions.
• Present tailored recommendations to clients and close upselling deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet or exceed upselling targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Proven sales or account management experience.
• Ability to understand client goals and align them with our offerings.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Excellent selling skills with proven track record of Web & Design sales.
