We’re Hiring – Upselling Executive (Design Solutions)

Experts Communication is seeking a proactive and client-oriented Upselling Executive to join our Design Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of design services, and the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts in the international market.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing international clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell design services such as branding, UI/UX, and web design.
• Understand client requirements and propose value-added design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct follow-ups, schedule demos, and manage negotiations to finalize upsell deals.
• Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, deal progress, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales and retention targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or upselling (international experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of design and creative service offerings.
• Excellent English communication, relationship management, and persuasion skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or upselling targets.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 180,000 – 300,000 (based on skills and experience)
