Job Description: Upwork & Fiverr Sales Representative
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our business presence on Upwork and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and manage company profiles on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Identify potential clients, send proposals, and secure new projects.
- Communicate with clients professionally to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and handle negotiations to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to deliver projects on time.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities on freelance platforms.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork/Fiverr Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong understanding of freelance marketplaces and proposal writing.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to identify client needs and pitch services effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients.
- Basic understanding of IT, design, digital marketing, or relevant services (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in crafting winning proposals.
- Ability to handle both short-term and long-term projects.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
