Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify relevant projects on Upwork that match our expertise.
✅ Write customized and persuasive proposals to secure projects.
✅ Research clients and project requirements to tailor responses.
✅ Communicate with clients on Upwork to clarify details and negotiate terms.
✅ Collaborate with our team on strategies to maximize success.
✅ Monitor proposal performance and project outcomes.

Requirements:

• String written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to write compelling proposals.
• Familiarity with the Upwork platform and freelancing industry.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

• Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Upwork bidding: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
