Job Title: Experienced Upwork Expert (Bidder & Closer)

Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 60,000 + Commission

About Us:

Engagers Media is a growing digital agency providing services in Social Media Marketing & Management, Graphics Designing, Website Development, Video Editing, SEO, and more. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Upwork Expert to join our team and help us generate consistent sales through bidding and closing.

Responsibilities:

Write and submit compelling bids on Upwork (and similar platforms).

Identify high-potential projects and clients.

Communicate with prospects fluently in English (both written & spoken).

Convert leads into long-term clients (closing deals).

Maintain punctuality and meet assigned sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience on Upwork (bidding & closing).

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to identify opportunities and craft winning proposals.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and punctual.

Strong closing skills to secure projects consistently.
