Position: Upwork Bidder (Evening)

Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM (PKT)

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Experience Level: Fresh to 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Write personalized and catchy proposals for Upwork projects.
• Communicate with international clients, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for our sales team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to make sure every client interaction is smooth.
• Keep track of bids, follow-ups, and conversions (yes, we love organized people

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or any relevant field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• A persuasive personality with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and confidently handle client communication.
• A proactive mindset; who take initiative and bring fresh ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
