Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bidding, lead generation, and client communication on freelance platforms — especially Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Write effective proposals on Upwork for Web/App Development, Design, and Digital Services projects.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through active bidding.
• Communicate with clients, understand project requirements, and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

• 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / BDE.
• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, project searching, and proposal writing.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle client calls and prepare project estimations.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work on-site during evening shift.

Location: On-site — Shahrah e Faisal/ Karachi

Shift Timing: Evening Shift 6 PM – 3 AM

Position: Mid-Level Upwork Bidder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
