Upwork Bidder

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Upwork Bidder to manage the entire project lifecycle from bidding to closure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, crafting compelling proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals on Upwork. This role requires a deep understanding of client requirements, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships throughout the project. The Upwork Bidder will work closely with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:·

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
• Craft customized proposals that effectively address client needs.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
• Manage client relationships from project initiation to successful closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage post-project follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in bidding and managing projects on Upwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into successful projects.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Shift: night ( 6pm-3am)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
