Tecaudex is looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Officer to fuel our B2B growth in IT and digital services.

What You’ll Do
✅ Identify & prospect new clients through project bidding, networking, referrals, and digital channels
✅ Generate qualified leads via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and email outreach
✅ Build strong relationships with key decision-makers & position IT services as strategic solutions
✅ Conduct market research & competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities
✅ Collaborate with sales & technical teams to create custom proposals & solution strategies
✅ Manage and optimize the business development pipeline
✅ Drive website traffic through SEO and targeted ads, including Google Ads
✅ Negotiate contracts and secure profitable commercial terms
✅ Provide daily updates & forecasts to senior management

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or related fields
1–2 years experience in B2B sales or business development (Ideally in IT services)
Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with CRM & pipeline management tools
Fluent in professional English (written + verbal)
Independent yet collaborative, target-oriented mindset
