Ingenious Guru is actively hiring an Upwork Bidder / Upwork Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in client acquisition, and a strong understanding of freelancing platforms, we’d love to connect with you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through Upwork bidding and proposal writing
  • Handle client communication, negotiation, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets ($1,000–$1,500)
  • Identify relevant projects in Design, CMS, and Web Development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close deals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Upwork Sales Executive
  • Strong English communication and proposal writing skills
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, freelancing platforms, and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of Design services, CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment

Job Details:

  • Position: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
  • Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-B (Onsite)
  • Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Occasional alternate Saturdays)
  • Monthly Target: $1,000 – $1,500
  • Salary Package: PKR 35,000 – 60,000
  • Required Headcount: 03
