Ingenious Guru is actively hiring an Upwork Bidder / Upwork Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in client acquisition, and a strong understanding of freelancing platforms, we’d love to connect with you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through Upwork bidding and proposal writing
- Handle client communication, negotiation, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly revenue targets ($1,000–$1,500)
- Identify relevant projects in Design, CMS, and Web Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to close deals
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Upwork Sales Executive
- Strong English communication and proposal writing skills
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, freelancing platforms, and CRM tools
- Knowledge of Design services, CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
- Ability to work in a night shift environment
Job Details:
- Position: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
- Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-B (Onsite)
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Occasional alternate Saturdays)
- Monthly Target: $1,000 – $1,500
- Salary Package: PKR 35,000 – 60,000
