ZAPLE is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder with a strong background in development-related projects. The role involves identifying opportunities, writing high-converting proposals, and managing client communication during international business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Bid on relevant Upwork design projects

Create customized, result-driven proposals

Communicate with international clients professionally

Coordinate with internal design teams

Manage leads, follow-ups, and client queries

Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets

Requirements

2+ years experience as an Upwork Bidder

Proven expertise in web development service bidding

Strong written English and communication skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Available for night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)

Ability to work onsite
