Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who can generate business through the Upwork platform. The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects, writing proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
• Write professional and customized bids/proposals to clients
• Communicate with clients and respond to job invitations
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals
• Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or online bidding specialist
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of Upwork platform and bidding strategies
• Ability to handle client communication and negotiations
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, AI, Mobile Apps, etc.) is preferred

Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent written English communication
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Good understanding of freelancing marketplaces

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
